Fluxes for Aluminum Alloys (Manual Grades)

WF 7 MSDS High purity commercially sodium and calcium free flux for general application and extrusions. Etc.
WF 11 MSDS General purpose cleaning flux for use at lower temperatures, 1220-1365° Fahrenheit, 660-740° C
WF 16 MSDS General purpose cleaning flux for use at temperatures above 1330° Fahrenheit, 720° C.
WF 30 MSDS Cleaning and protecting flux used for contaminated charges and the prevention of oxide build-up in holding vessels.
WF 60 MSDS Exothermic flux for the removal of dross build up from furnace walls. (Wall Cleaner)
WF 132 MSDS A general purpose Aluminum cleansing flux suitable for use at a wide range of temperatures and in all types of furnaces. 1200-1475° Fahrenheit, 650-800° C.
Cover 112 MSDS Sodium free cleaning and drossing flux for the treatment of alloys used in the production of billet for extrusion. Forms a dry cover on the melt.
Cover 131 MSDS Low fluoride, general-purpose flux for use at a wide range of temperatures 1200-1475° Fahrenheit, 650-800° C in all types of furnaces.
Ecoflux 141 MSDS High melting point, fluoride free flux for temperatures above 1380° F, 750° C.
Ecoflux 142 MSDS Low fluoride, commercially sodium free drossing flux for temperatures above 1330° F, 720° C.
Ecoflux 145 MSDS Flux for use in reverberatory furnaces, free from sodium, calcium, and fluoride,
Ecoflux 151 MSDS Low fluoride, low melting point flux suitable for melting turnings and dirty scrap in reverberatory furnaces.
Ecoflux 152 MSDS Fluoride free, low melting point covering flux suitable for melting swarf, turnings and dirty scrap in reverberatory furnaces. May be used with the Flux Injection System to remove oxide build-up from the walls of furnaces.

Fluxes for Zinc Alloys

WF-22 MSDS High grade low fume drossing off flux for use with zinc alloys in the range of 785-845° Fahrenheit.

Fluxes for Copper Alloys

WF CA-100 MSDS Specially formulated for use on a range of non-ferrous alloys, including brass, tin bronzes, and gunmetal.  It is suitable for the recovery of machining cuttings and extremely dirty scrap used in gas & induction crucible furnaces.

Flux Feeder Grades (Injection Grades)

WF I MSDS Cleaning and Degassing flux for use with most aluminum alloys except Al/Mg alloys and alloys refined with phosphorus (133O-l440° F, 720-780° C)
WF 2 MSDS Commercially sodium free cleaning and degassing flux for use with all aluminum alloys including Al/Mg and conductive alloys (1290-1385° F, 700-750° C).
WF 3 MSDS Cleaning and degassing flux for use with most aluminum alloys except Al/Mg alloys and alloys refined with phosphorus (1260-1400° F, 680-760° C).
WF 37 MSDS Cleaning and Degassing flux for use with most aluminum alloys except Al/Mg alloys and alloys refined with phosphorus (1180-1330° F, 640-720° C).
WF 44 MSDS Commercially sodium and calcium free cleaning and degassing flux for use with all aluminum alloys including Al/Mg and conductive alloys (1365-l560° F, 740-850° C).
WF 61 MSDS Commercially Sodium free Cleaning and Degassing flux for use with all alloys including Al/Mg and conductive alloys (1290-1390° F, 700-750° C).
WFMF I MSDS Specially formulated flux for the removal of calcium and sodium with the added advantage of oxide and hydrogen removal
WFEI 142 MSDS Formulated for cleaning and degassing. This is a low fluoride and low fume producing flux suitable in a wide range of furnace sizes. The exothermic reaction results in a very dry dross. (1325-1450° F, 720-790° C).
Ecoflux 152 MSDS Fluoride free, Low fume flux for removing oxide build-up from the walls of furnaces.
EcoFlux 161   Low fluoride cleaning and degassing flux . Suitable for use with most alloys except AL/Mg alloys and alloys refined with phosphorus above 1380ºF; 750ºC
